Sometimes one can be overwhelmed with flavor descriptors and characteristics of certain coffees. That's why we created Warrior, a coffee that is easy to brew and versatile enough to produce enjoyable cups no matter how you brew it.
Warrior has a blend flexible enough to outperform an espresso but enjoyable enough for pour overs. Strawberry, hazelnut, honey, and chocolate dominate the cup and are perfect for milk-based drinks.
Blackberry, vanilla and clove are the dominant notes in Sol going from the sweetness and vanilla tones to a subtle spiced and elegant aftertaste that rounds up the cup. Our natural processed coffee is made from the late harvest of our fields, ensuring the peak amount of sugar in the coffee cherries at the end of harvest time.
Probably one of the most complex coffee beans we’ve ever produced, Awaken is a single varietal coffee that carries a wide range of subtle tastes where anise, rose, hazelnut and peach dominate the cup. The processing method we’ve followed for Awaken is our signature “dynamic honey,” which consists of a processing protocol developed at the Pecora 19º09´farm. As with all our coffees, caturra spices are dried on raised beds to ensure a uniform and stable drying.
