Blackberry, vanilla and clove are the dominant notes in Sol going from the sweetness and vanilla tones to a subtle spiced and elegant aftertaste that rounds up the cup. Our natural processed coffee is made from the late harvest of our fields, ensuring the peak amount of sugar in the coffee cherries at the end of harvest time.
We recommend using your preferred coffee roasting method to experience the best flavors from our specialty coffee. For exceptional taste, we recommend using filtered water brewed to 201 degrees Fahrenheit at a ratio ranging from 15 ml:1 gram to 18 ml:1 gram coffee.
