SHIPPING

Tepito Coffee Roasters works to ensure that all packages are shipped in a timely fashion. Due to restrictions from the COVID-19, please expect delays in shipments. All pre-orders will be shipped by April 16, 2021.
 
Please note that it takes 1-5 business days to process your order. Depending on the shipping option you selected, it will take an additional 1-3 days for your order to arrive. A tracking number will be provided via email once your shipment delivery is scheduled. Please refer to this tracking number for updates.
 
Tepito Coffee Roasters offers complimentary shipping on orders shipping within the US over $35. International customers are responsible for any duties and taxes, and the international shipping prices are shown at checkout.


​Tepito Coffee Roasters is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misrouted shipments. Please be sure to enter the correct ship-to address. Once shipped, we are unable to reroute shipment.

What are the subscription options?

Signing up to be a Tepito Coffee Roasters subscriber is simple and easy. You can tailor your subscription to specifically meet your coffee needs by choosing how much, how often, and what type of coffee you want.

How much?

For our US subscriptions, we offer our Standard Bag (12oz) and bulk purchase options. For our international subscriptions, we also offer our Standard Bag (12oz) sizes and bulk purchase options.

How often?

Select how frequently you would like to receive your coffee; whether it's every week or every two, three, or four weeks, we’ll make sure you receive Tepito Coffee as soon as you want it

Which coffee?

We offer three main subscription plans: Sol, Awake, and Warrior.

Bulk orders

If you’re interested in purchasing bulk orders, please contact info@tepitocoffee.com and someone will contact you. After confirmation of quantity, we will send you a code to use upon checkout

Refund/Cancellation and Return Policy?

Tepito does not offer refunds.
 

We only accept returns on faulty or defective merchandise. If you need to return a purchase, email info@tepitocoffee.com with order number and the reason for the return.

Subscription members can cancel at any time.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We do not share your Personal Information with third parties.

Tepito Coffee Roasters uses the information that we collect to fulfill orders placed through the website (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this order information to communicate with you and provide you with the latest updates on our products or services.
